Air dryer
Why you need dry compressed air?
After the compression of the air in the compressor the air cools down, it comes to the condensation. The condensate must be removed from the air pressure system, to obviate damages or malfunctions. Oil and dirty particle are also eliminated with the condensate. Basic pollutions of the air pressure:
- Steam: gas-like condition of water and oil
- Aerosole: small sprayed liquid droplets of water and oil
- Solids: Dust, sand, corrosion and wear particle
- Liquids: water and oil
- Condensate: consists of approx. 99% of water and 1% of pollutions (oily by oil-smeared compressors, dirty-containing by corrosion particle, Pollutants enriched from the sucked and compressed ambient air.)
